The Cambridge School was pleased to send 24 students from grades 3 – 8 to compete in the ACSI Math Olympics held last Friday, March 1st, at Horizon Prep in Rancho Santa Fe. Students competed against six other San Diego area schools either in computation or in reasoning by completing four timed tests. Cambridge students brought home 23 ribbons ranging from first to fourth place. Out of the 12 possible categories, Cambridge students received 10 first place awards, 9 of which included a medal which indicated that the student scored 85% or higher on each test. Cambridge students received 7 second place ribbons, and 3 each third and fourth place ribbons.
