Congratulations to both teams representing The Cambridge School for winning their sixth consecutive Music Memory Bee!
The Annual San Diego County Music Bee was held on Monday, May 9, with the San Diego State University Orchestra at the SDSU. This event is the culmination of a curriculum that challenges our 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade students to memorize 16 musical selections and recognize them by hearing only a couple of measures.
We want to congratulate all of our 12 hard-working Music Memory students-Both the 3rd/4th and 5th/6th grade teams-on winning the Gold Ribbon with a perfect score of 100%!
This year The Cambridge School teams were the only ones out of 18 who received this high honor. The competition was challenging but excellent preparation made it enjoyable and memorable for our students and their parents.
We are very proud of you for such a great work! Soli Deo Gloria!
