Parent Teacher Conferences
2026 – 2027 School Year
Regular communication between teacher and parents is critical to a student's success and to building a supportive relationship between each family and The Cambridge School. Please make every effort to attend within your allotted time, and where possible, we encourage both parents to be present.
Before You Sign Up
- Location
- Conferences are held on campus — in your Grammar School child's classroom, or in a designated Upper School room. A reminder email with room details arrives the day before.
- Time Limits
- Out of courtesy to other families, teachers keep to a strict time limit. If you need more time, please schedule a separate follow-up meeting.
- Childcare
- Offered Thursday, October 15th, 7:30am–3:00pm only, billed through FACTS at $5.00 per half hour, per child. Please note your child's name and age in the comments section of your signup.
- Signups Close
- Tuesday, October 13th at 3:00pm, so teachers have time to prepare.
