Our aftercare program, Cambridge Club, is now available after school between 3 and 5pm. You can sign your child(ren) up to stay from 3-4pm, 4-5pm (after an Enrichment class), or 3-5pm.

Here are some more details about how Cambridge Club works:

• Where to Sign Up: Sign up for Cambridge Club at www.cambridgeclub.us. If you don’t know your user name and password (which were provided in the Nota Bene emails at the beginning of the school year), email helpdesk@cambridgeclub.us.
  

• Deadlines: The deadline for signing up for Cambridge Club is midnight of the previous day. The deadline for signing up for Lunch Program is midnight on Thursday of the previous week (i.e. even if you want to sign up for lunch only on a Friday, you have to place the order the Thursday of the week before, not the day before).
  

• Cambridge Club Cost: The cost for Cambridge Club is $6 per child per hour (or part thereof). For example, if you have two kids who are in Cambridge Club from 3-4pm, it will be $12, and if your two kids are in Cambridge Club from 3-5pm, it will be $24.
  

• Billing and Payment: You will be billed for Cambridge Club usage at the end of each month. Instructions for payment will be provided with your bill.
  

• Grace Period for Late Pick-ups From School: If you are late picking up your student(s) from school at 3pm, they will be taken directly to Cambridge Club. The first three times this happens (that is, you’re late and you aren’t already signed up for Cambridge Club), we are happy to extend you grace and charge you the regular Cambridge Club rate of $6 per child per hour. The fourth time you are late and haven’t signed up for Cambridge Club, you will be charged $1 per minute (per family, not per child).
  

• Charge for Pick-ups After 5pm: If you are late in picking up your child(ren) from Cambridge Club, you will be charged $1 per minute after 5pm, according to the Cambridge Club supervisor’s watch.
