The Sixth Annual Cambridge Auction and Gala
Financial Success
Because of you, we did it!
In a challenging economy for both donors and buyers, The Cambridge School is celebrating over $112,200 in net profits derived from “Spirit of the Irish” events. We are truly grateful.
All proceeds directly fund our need-based Tuition Assistance Program and Language and Fine Arts programs. A strong financial foundation for our young and growing school is critical, and your generosity is making a permanent difference in the lives of our current and future Cambridge School students.
Celebrating the Fruit of a Classical Education
We hope you enjoyed our Cambridge Kid activity stations, featured a sampling of our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. Perhaps you were humbled and stumped, as was I, by the curriculum content of their Pop Quiz. How fun to engage with our students as their Irish limericks and wonderful class jingles welcomed us all to the Silent Auction Reception.
We were all certainly proud to share the joy and progress of our students during the Live Auction program, and we are grateful for your participation in tangibly supporting our faculty and staff as they seek to bring quality Christian classical teaching to San Diego.
We thank you for the powerful impact of your support and look forward to a continued partnership as we seek to make a difference in this world, one Cambridge Kid at a time.
Sincerely,
Dan DeSaegher
2012 Auction Chair and Cambridge Parent
